Thoughtful Digital Restoration
Depending on the photograph’s condition,
restoration may address fading, discoloration,
scratches, creases, spots, and other visible
damage. We review each image individually and
explain what may be possible.
Restoration is performed on a digital copy of
the photograph. If you have an original print,
contact us to discuss the best way to provide
it for review.
A restored image can also be paired with a new
photographic print, with the print size chosen
to suit the detail available in the image.
Restoration is quoted individually after review,
with your approval before work begins.
Results depend on the condition and quality of
the source image. Missing detail may require
interpretation, and some damage cannot be fully
recovered. Scope, pricing, and delivery options
are discussed as part of your estimate.
Start with a Photograph & Its Story
Tell us what you would like improved and whether
you are interested in a restored digital image,
a new print, or both. A clear scan is helpful
for the initial review; we can discuss file
requirements with you.
Providing an image for review is an inquiry.
Restoration begins only after the project
details and pricing have been approved.
